Walmart means death to local business! And by the way, those roads couldn't stand up to the winters, so they need repaving again.
It happened that way when a Home Depot opened up in my neighborhood. A smaller Ace Hardware where I used to "GET SERVICE" like window screen repair and glass cutting is gone because they couldn't keep up with BIG BOX stores like Menard's and Lowe's and aforementioned Home Depot.
