| Newly designed Yahoo! homepage??
Over the weekend and today still I am getting redirected to a newly designed homepage for Yahoo! at
»m.www.yahoo.com/
Who else is seeing this and what do you think about the newly formatted design? |

It has more flash based content and reminds me of the Comcast home page
[EDIT] after doing a little research I found this article:»www.techcrunch.com/2008/09/17/ya···and-new/ For the longest I had Yahoo set as my homepage but only until recently have I come across the new design. |

F.W.I.W I had to take a screen shot of Singapore's homepage just to demonstrate what layout I was seeing last week. |

| reply to CUBS_FAN Yes I am getting m.www.yahoo.com instead of www.yahoo.com, and not as my home page. I just can't get www.yahoo.com no matter what I do. I even went to Yahoo international: »world.yahoo.com/ ..and from there I can get Canada Yahoo »ca.yahoo.com/ .. but not U.S. Yahoo www.Yahoo.com. For a while I just used Canada Yahoo, because it's close enough, but now I have just purged all references to Yahoo. I really don't need it, there are plenty of alternatives. Plus I definitely don't need websites that play silly games like this. |

| F.W.I.W, I'm using the Open DNS servers. The past few days I only seen the new design maybe 2 out of the 20 times I visited Yahoo!'s home page. Last week almost every time I was redirected to »m.www.yahoo.com/ and this week I still get the old version. Weird.
Maybe there is issues people are complaining about and they are stopping the redirects. Unlike Comcast where the homepage was COMPLETELY replaced leaving 1000's of people complaining about their homepage not load properly. |

@shawcable.net | If you want the old yahoo type in 209.131.36.158 into the address bar. This will bring you to the classic home page. |

| It's random for me. 9 times out of 10 I see the old page. I don't know why I'm not getting the old page again. If I try to go to »m.yahoo.com/ I only get redirected to »www.yahoo.com/?nm=1 |

| reply to CUBS_FAN To me i think every one is trying to go to the latest fad the Vista look. and more flash content so that it is harder to block. BS if you ask me.
I hope all the Old people really start calling and complaing to whomever As they are the ones that are not used to change and find the new stuff hard to browse around Like »nbc5i.com you can no longer find a damn thing on that website. |
