| FiOS installer killed my heat pump!...Now need drywall fixed
Just dumb luck on his part, but the installer managed to hit the feed to my heat pump outside unit. Cable companies had fed coax into my house in the same general area. Just a couple of inches over and up was all it took.
Verizon called in an electrician at their expense that same day to run a new feed to the unit. No biggie. But he needed to cut a couple of holes to run the new wire to my breaker box. I was told Verizon would take care of getting the drywall fixed.
I've tried to call the supervisor a couple of times, but I'm getting no response at all. I need a number for a real person who can make something happen. Any ideas? I'm in Glen Burnie, MD FWIW. |
