Why such low upload speed ?

The highest they offer in Phoenix az with adsl2 to shoice tv sustomers is 3 mbps for $47 cox cable runs 44 for 12/1 mbps. I hope qwest dies soon

Cox is only available to a small percentage of people in Phoenix. And, Choice TV is VDSL not ADSL2.

Because they chose the DSL that only do a max of 1024 Kbps on a perfect line.

They can easily offer bonded DSL, but do not.

Any chance of it getting to West Wash Park area soon in Denver? Last I checked it wasn't offered here...

Oh, and I assume you mean 20 Mbps...20 Kbps would have me partying like it's 1999....well more like 1995, but you get the picture.
