Re: Carriers want higher rates... said by en102:They're going to charge themselves right out of the POTS business. You are correct. I don't understand why the telephone companies want to increase the subscriber line charge. It is already way too high.
One of my landlines is now VOIP, the 2nd is headed in that direction. It'll get there faster if this subscriber line charge increase passes.
