| Re: It's not free The message conveyed in your email was their specific prices were too high. Their prices seem in line with what I pay for the similar service from a comparable corporation in the same market. So their prices are no higher or lower then their competition. So it's like saying Shell's gas prices are too high when they are the same as Exxon's, Gulf's etc. More appropriately, "gas prices are too high".
But I concur that "included" is more accurate then "free" but that is marketing and not reality.
