| No real support, variable quality and bad intl long distance
Obviously value is good, but variable quality calling out= often have to call out multiple times (1 to 5) to get acceptable quality especially the few international calls I was able to get through (never got through on certain numbers and I believe they have challenge with their LD company and do not track problems reported).
I emailed the company for over 6 months about certain international calls not going through. I chatted with customer support - they would type answers from other customers into my request.
I even tracked down an executive email and was told (by another person) on the first email they would resolve and then no more responses.
Only using as a backup to my backup. |
