I think your problem started when you moved to a new house.

New line, new situation. Your old line was probably better.
Indeed, not every house lines are the same. For example, about 1 year ago. My old house line was horrible as ever. TekSavvy was trying to lower my profile to keep the line stable.

My new house line is rock solid at the moment. (Knock on Wood)
