The problem doesn't appear to involve out-of-spec modem signal levels, as they all look fine. If you are using a router, have you bypassed it and hooked the PC directly to the modem? |

For the last week or so my internet has been painfully slow. I can't get speeds over 400 Kbps and its been as bad as 193 Kbps once. Nothing has changed on my end and I've restarted every piece of device numerous times. Please help, Thanks,
