Lame duck FCC

Isn't this kind of like 11th hour pardons that the president customarily carries out just before he leaves office?

Well, except these issues have far reaching consequences for the rest of us.

Kevin Martin is insuring his future with the Telcos for his years of service.
This should cross the T's and dot the I's.

Election Day is probably the worst possible time to have an FCC meeting.

He should hope he has the weight to ensure the mergers are not stopped when the new president takes office.

I think it's more of an under-the-radar thing than under-the-wire. All the news will focus on the election, and not have time to cover FCC decisions.

Kevin Martin is one of the worst idiots in our government. He should be investigated for payoffs, now or the future.
