Some people say the reson AT&T's max up speed is 1.5 is because that's the limit of ADSL2, but other ISP's with ADSL2 have much faster up speeds. So whats the real story? [sarcasm]Is AT&T using the Chinese version of ADSL2?[/sarcasm]
