Embarq Modem on AT&T?

Does anybody in here know if I'd be able to use a 2Wire 2701HG-S ADSL modem on AT&T? I no longer have my business in an Embarq serviced area, but have the modem. Thanks for the help.

Well, I'm using a Wirespeed ADSL modem and that is not under the list of "supported modems" yet it is much more reliable than the speedstream modems that i got earlier which would need a powercycle every couple weeks. Go ahead and try using the embarq modem, it should work considering it is ADSL and if it adheres to standard and ATT adheres to standard then joy for you!
