<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/522763"><b>WiseOldNerd</b></A> : Qwest continues to cherry pick where they are installing fiber. They continue to ignore the north central area of Phoenix where many very expensive homes are unable to get higher than 1.5 down because of the very old copper. They should wise up to the reality that long established home owners are more likely to stay customers than the outskirts that were financed with the flaky mortgages. But then we know that living at high altitudes with lessened oxygen causes brains to slow down.<br><small>--<br>My perception is REALITY</small>]]></description>
