Phones seem to be up now.
Thank you for your addition, LB, at least nice to know maybe why since there was a 30min phone wait and they never replied to my ticket (why oh why do they not have a REAL ticket system in place?).

It may (Not sure) be connected with a backhaul outage out of the VA PoP.
I stress may, as I don't have any info on the VoIP side of Covad's network. However the backhaul outage was reported at 9:41am EDT
EDIT: most recent update: Problem isolated to ATM card failure. Field tech is onsite and working with NOC/Engineering to restore. No ETR Available

| All Covad phone service seems to be down. We have an 'integrated T1'. Net access still works, fortunately, but cannot call out nor receive calls. Went out about 10am EST and still out.
