Re: CRTC delays ruling on Bell's throttling Rocky wouldn't a stronger set of 3rd parties strengthen the CRTC's mandate? Personally I think they have a clusterfuck of a position, more of a damned if you do damned if you don't situation. But the end result is to promote open competition, and throttling stifles this.
Onto the list.
2) Network is intentionally degraded by Bell, there is no congestion, only a skewed metrics used by Bell that doesn't work to standard, and reflect reality. ie. It's like Bell's definition of congested is a line 60% used. |
