That's exactly the same problem I am having. I have 20M/5M and my download speed is less than 2M. I called Verizon twice and they couldn't fix it. I am about to drop Verizon Fios because of their incompetent customer service.

Reston, VA		 The problem, in my opinion, is not the customer support reps; it's something in their hardware and, given the number of people now experiencing problems, I think it's 'outside the house'.
