Re: BPL not dead to feds In a nutshell BPL has no credibility because it's never lived up to the hype. BPL companies ignored the technological issues and essentially unleashed lawyers and marketing people to solve technical problems. The interference to wireless spectrum was the main thing that made many put BPL under a microscope. Ultimately it was market forces that caused the decline of BPL.
