You can't enforce an ETF on exsisting customers... I wonder how many Lingo customers will cancel before the 23rd? This warning may actually encourage a mass exodus of customers. I'd probably change and switch to something else after being treated threatened like that. It's easier said than done, especially if you need to port your #, but I'd really consider leaving if I received a similar e-mail from Vonage.
