|  [northwest] FIOS Expansion in Beaverton??
I live at Murry and Scholls Ferry. FIOS is available to people in the complex on either side of mine, and up the street, but NOT mine..
I talked to the office, and they don't have an exclusive contract for anything with either Comast (which I'm not happy with), or Qwest (which I can't get anyway, because Verizon is the provider for my area).
I'm frustrated, and I'd like to get FIOS, but I can't seem to find anything on their expansion plans.
anyone know anything?

| FiOS service throughout Murray Scholls has been expanded. The Bull Mountain central office has been completely built out (and has been for awhile).
What's left are a few apartment complex stragglers.
Those are big complexes in your area and I'd bet you're in a large one too.
You're not talking to the right people at your rental office. No one has skipped over your apartments. What has most likely happened is Verizon has approached your building management and for whatever reason, they haven't signed on.
I would ask around a little more. I'd be extremely surprised if no one from verizon has been around to sell the management/owner on fios. |
