But setting the value to 15 doesn't seem like it's going to change anything, since 15 is the default value.

I guess it's worth a try...

Just to double-check: does the 'source' field for your 2011 event read 'srv' ?

Yes, it read 'srv.'

I created the key with a value of 15. It if I get the error message again I'll try increase the value 3 at time as advised in the KB article.

Are you running any encryption software?

In addition to the Eset suite that is.

Oh that most definitely will fix it, just wondering.

I've seen it with Full-Disk Encryption software compounding the issue.
