[Streamyx] Cannot surf internet with router

Hi All,
I need serious help as I have gone down to every inch to troubleshoot my Streamyx connection.

I'm using ZTE 831 modem (provided by TM). The ZTE modem is connected with a Linksys BEFW11S4 wireless router. There's one filter/splitter that connects the modem, phone, and the line outlet together.

My problem...In the router, it indicated as connected to streamyx (got IP address, DNS and all), but when I tried to surf the net (through wireless and through wired to the router), I can't.

What I have checked so far:
1. Ping to 202.188.0.133 => timed out
2. Ping to 202.188.1.5 => timed out
3. Ping to router IP => OK
4. Ping to www.google.com => timed out
5. Checked ZTE modem and confirmed it's configured as a bridge.
6. Checked Linksys router and confirmed that it's using PPPoE (and, like I mentioned above), indicated connected to streamyx and got IP address and all.
7. Checked ipconfig, all in order (correct LAN IP address, correct Gateway -> Router IP, correct DNS -> Streamyx DNS)
8. Did a hard reset already to Linksys router, still same result
9. Did a DNS flush already.

But the thing is, if I wire my PC to the ZTE modem directly and configure the modem as a router without going through Linksys, I can connect and surf the net. Only when I tried to connect through linksys that it failed. I am not suspecting Linksys because I am able to surf the net fine for the past few days.

One thing I noticed is the routing table in Linksys. Look like it is not able to route correctly due to there is no rules define for it to route. By right there should be. But dunno what it should be coz not sure what is Streamyx network layout is. But I do notice that it seems that streamyx requires a gateway in order to access their DNS servers. When I did a diag, my IP is 115.x.x.x and from this IP, in order for me to reach the DNS @ 202.188.x.x, it requires me to go through a gateway @ 219.x.x.x. However, in linksys, the routing is only valid for 115.x.x.x and 192.x.x.x destinations.

Any ideas?
