After having spent a lot of time reverse-engineering NAV TDI hooks over the years, I can tell you that Symantec has followed the rules and used documented TDI APIs. ZoneAlarm.. not so much. They are constantly using undocumented hacks. So if I had to bet, ZA would have to make a fix here to work with NAV.
Right you are! The solution to this conflict is to install ZoneAlarm Pro version 8.0.059.000. It works ok with Norton AntiVirus 2009.
