Domain DNS slow to propagate on DSLX

I can't view a domain i bought after 48 hours on my dsl extreme connection, but people not on dslx can view this domain. Is this something to do with dslx dns servers?

Re: Domain DNS slow to propagate on DSLX

OK...it took 72 hours to propagate, but all is well.

Hi blacksurfer -

Do you know what the TTL is set for you domain. Our servers usually update fairly quickly but would be based on the TTL. If you or your domain registrar have it set high, I would recommend lowering it. That is typically the reason for a slow update.

Thanks
