| yuck I would wait like a year before I decided to go with another motorola. The last two phones I had from them have been crap. My razr sucked and I went through three of them then I got the Sidekick slide they make and it has horrible battery issues and turns off and on randomly.
For the foreseeable future I won't be purchasing anything from motorola. |

My Moto Q9c is rock solid though. Easily the best phone I've ever owned ... and I've owned a LOT.

I've had better luck from Motorola than I have from Samsung
Past phones:
Motorola
Motorola Timeport P7328i (excellent, but arcane menu)
Motorola V505 - still works, antenna is broken though
Motorola RAZR - +2 years and still running
Morotola V3xx - worked well until it was lost/stolen
Samsung X426 - nice inexpensive phone, garbled calls
Samsung E316 - nice phone, non standard power adapter, garbled calls
Sassung ZX-20 - looks nice VERY non standard power adapter, drops calls (3 warranty replacements didn't help)

My 1st razr is still going, used by my wife.
I use a krzr every day - never had a problem.
I've had Moto cellphones for years - iDEN, CDMA, GSM, TDMA, analog(!). The only one that every crapped on me was dropped onto the concrete driveway very hard.
Maybe you need to stop putting them through the wash or dropping them in the toilet or whatever
