 | Sprint Sucks My wife and I have had so many issues with this carrier I just want out! Yeah they are dragging there feet because they know they have to many clients pissed as hell at them. My bill should be consistent we don't access the internet(through them) but that one deserves a write up of it's on since my phone has WI-FI (boy they tried to jerk me on that one. My bill is NEVER correct or even close to consistent and we never go over our minutes, never dial 411, and have unlimited texting. I will never understand that but last year I had to call them almost every month, this year they robbed me of a few hundred dollars since my wife was paying the bill's and didn't catch the issues and they say they won't correct anything more than 2 months old. Trust me I don't send text messages to Guatemala hell I don't even know where it is, but they say I must have. Don't you have to put in a country code or something, when I text it comes right out of my contacts or I reply to someone I know usually only in this state even? That took several calls to get that off.
Well I have my eye on a phone and when it rolls out I will sign with another carrier take the discount on the phone and give it to sprint (if I really have to). Until then I am just hoping I can find a loophole or an attorney willing to take up the fight with me. |
