Saint Clair Shores, MI | psst.. hey guys.. here's a clue. VZ is no better. Nephew has been in the hole with those morons for months. Over text msg's. Last issue, he broke his cool slider phone, went back to some older phone that doesn't get vcast or whatever it is about 3 months ago. They still have been charging him for the internet access stuff and he asked them to suspend it till he got a new phone (early next year to stay in contract). They refused. Told him he had to pay a ETF, get out of his current contract, sign back up to get a different plan. So he's been paying for services he can't use. Heck, he could get a new phone if he done that anyway. This was at a official verizon retail store. Not some mall booth or anything. As far as I'm concerned they are ALL, that's ALL of the wireless carriers are no better then the other guy. Just gotta pick which battles to fight.  |
