I've been having some serious issues this evening which prompted me to search for a wavebroadband forum. Trace route is reporting several hops with 33% packet loss. I'll be contacting Wave is this continues.

Try this also. C:>ping -n 50 192.168.100.1 and see if you get any packet loss...
