| HD should cost no more then SD HD is designed to be a replacement for SD programming. It should not cost any extra. SD will go away to be replaced by HD content, that doesn't mean we all should pay 3, 4, times as much for the same content.
Unfortunately, that's what's looks like will happen (as was predicted.)
