-Unlicensed law practices
-Wrong Venues
-Crowding the courts with nuisance suits
-Have their own court system
You really think lawyers and judges, especially the later, are going to allow their courts to be circumvented for long?
The RIAA is nothing more than proffering an abuse of the court system.
