Perhaps if they got a billing system that didn't screw up changes of service... every time I change service they manage to screw it up somehow. Plus I think they charge installs two times on purpose, many people simply don't read their bill and just pay it. More than once they have charged me twice for a change of service when a truck roll is required, and they do not hesitate at all to remove the 2nd duplicate charge, saying it was a "mistake". Uh huh. Sure it was.
IMO it's not the CSR on the phone's fault my area is so far behind in HD channels, they screwed up my bill, etc so personally I feel I don't need to raise my voice and get all angry at them. I'll even tell them I'm not happy but that I understand it is not their fault personally. |
