| Had Sprint for Years I have had sprint for years they have had there ups and downs service has always worked in the areas I've lived in. Did have a problem with one of are phones last week...couldnt get it to make a call in roaming...seemed strange took them about 4 days to figure out it had to be the new phone we just got...they sent us a new one in the mail and it seems to work fine now.
The new instinct is a nice piece of hardware.
I will say thou they still need some improvement on customer service...seems you have to goto tier 2 or higher to really get anything done right. |
