Interesting.
Spokeswoman Beth Bacha said the division is restructuring from six geographical regions to four: the Philadelphia metropolitan area and New Jersey; the Beltway region of the Potomac area, Maryland, Delaware and Richmond, Va.; Central Pennsylvania and the Three Rivers region of western Pennsylvania and parts of Ohio and West Virginia.
So from the looks of it, New Jersey and the Philly Metro area are merging, and the areas in Delaware, Maryland, and Richmond are merging, While Central PA and the Three Rivers areas are staying untouched.
I seem to recall Three Rivers just became part of the Eastern division when they eliminated that entire division a few months ago, and just from the input here it seems like the guys in Central PA don't tend to have a lot of complaints about their service (beyond the usual can I have more channel complaints we all have.).
On the flip side....I see more complaints and issues coming from New Jersey and Philly Metro here than probably any other single area.
It makes you wonder if those two regions are merging, does that mean that only the best from the two regions will survive in the new combined region? And maybe you guys might actually see some major improvements all around from not having a couple inept regional management guys holding you up. |
