IMHO I think you walked the tightrope well with the post, but my opinion is mine alone. (You could have posted as someone discovering a great new service, but I think you did much better.)
The services I am used to here are Pay as you go (PAYG) and Monthly flat rate calling. A fee per call service is an interesting approach. Nothing I desire, but still interesting -- kind of like a local pay phone call.
