Thank you for all the kind words, mojo, thoughts and prayers. I am really worried about her. I stayed at the hospital with her for several hours yesterday. I hated to leave, but it was getting near the end of visiting hours. I found out that she fell out of her bed, at home, the night before she was admitted to the hospital. My sister has been taking care of her, for the last 3 years at her house. My Mom doesn't "like to bother people", and didn't want to wake my sister up at 2am. So, she tried to get out of bed and fell. Now her back is really hurting her.
She is unable to eat. Not only due to the Shingles being on her tongue, but I guess a symptom of Parkinson's is a lack of appetite. And, with all the meds they are giving her, she is feeling nauseated. She's just getting weaker and weaker and I think her immune system just can't fight anything off anymore. 
Right now, I guess the main thing they are trying to do is fight off the infection.
