It requires a tremendous amount of bandwidth and I doubt there are many folks who will have the upload bandwidth to use this app outside of the LAN.  Cyberlink and DirecTV must play by the rules on this app.  As a matter of fact, unless you have HDCP compatible connection for your monitor, you can't view HD broadcasts even over the LAN.]]></description>

However, I cant imagine it would be that hard to open a port on your router or use a VPN to watch the stream from elsewhere.....]]></description>
