| HDTV on PC This could be a good thing. I have put off getting satellite service because there is no way to get an HD feed from the box to my computer.
With Cable TV, I can just send the coax directly into my HD TV tuner to get all of my locals in High Def. There is no other type of HD input to a PC that I can find.
The reason I prefer watching on my computer is that I have a projector hooked up through the VGA port that is capable of a true High Def signal. Watching football on a 15' diagonal screen beats the "tiny" HDTV in my living room. This could open up other (non-internet) viewing options. |
