actual reputable university, which is bound to have a good amount of math and loads of abstract theory and the "CS" degree from your average tech "college" which consists mostly of how to crimp CAT5 cables and the like.
Computer Science has always been more on the coding side. I've known many a CS grad who couldn't even replace a CD-ROM drive in their computer. Those are not the kind of people you want doing IT and network administration.
