| nerf ret paladins *again*
Fu*king ridiculous .... I'm stunned from 100 to 0 and I even got the jump on the bastard.
Full T6 with glaves (pve spec)... popped everything I got hammered / stunned a 2nd time / then dead.
I'm sorry but last time I checked rogues were the stun class, and yes I know they are not balanced properly @ 70 but this is just crazy stupid.
I get the jump on him and he is still at over 50% health. /sigh

You can have a full S4 rogue get beaten by a paladin in greens, there just is something wrong with that. They need to stop making the game about who has the most armor... this is just stupid. I have glaves for petes sake...

| Good for you with your glaves. I have a pally but he is specced Prot not ret. Even putting points in hammer he cannot keep you stunned past the duration of the 10 second hammer. It has a 60 second cool down. No way he could have had you stunned that whole time without help. either another pally or rogue in the area. |

| I basically got 4 shot. Stunned from 100-0 is possible for a rogue with blind, gouge, vanish, etc.
Paladin just stunned and burst me down in under 8 seconds. Simply stupid OP currently.

| So a class that has been shit dps wise since they started suddenly gets a buff and everyone QQ's? My answer will be the same one rogues love to give people who QQ about them. Learn to deal with the changes. Ret pallies are not unbeatable, same as rogues are not unbeatable.
Everyone will need to learn to deal and not cry for the nerf bat because you got roflpwned. It happens. Welcome the rock to the rogue scissor. |

| The burst dmg from divine storm is just stupid high at the moment. I know it will be balanced at 80, I just am frustrated at being 4 shotted... and it's not just rogues.

Ironically when TBC talents came to us at level 60 it was exactly the same, pallies were killing people without getting hit. |

I'm sorry but if you truly are a rogue in full S4 and you have twin blades and the retri pally was in greens (and therefore not pvp gear) and he got you in 4 hits, you must have been naked or afk. Some sort of exageration is at play here.

I play a BM Hunter/ Prot Pally ATM, I dont think they are OP, I guess people not use to seeing pally putting it down. Druid are just as burty and hit as hard as a Pally I don’t see no complaining about druids
I don’t know how you lost to a pally in greens with you in supposedly T6, where you facing the right direction? Find it hard to believe that pally stunned you a 2nd time with a 1 min CD on Stun but I could be wrong. Ret/Pally are fine I was able to kite one with ease concussion shot/frost trap/tendon rip from pet/hyena. we had about the same armor 2 pieces of s4 rest s3.
Its all how you play your class, and I've got raped my by rogues too..you guys have Gouge, Sap and Blind and if things go bad you guys have Cloak and Vanish stop complaining what you not happy anymore because you cant kill someone while they are stunned during the whole fight

I'm sorry but I just simply love the tears.
Rogues have irritated me no end forEVER. Cheap CHEAP pvp class. I have a combat rogue with some s2 some rep blues, the aldor vindicator and a blinkstrike so shes not well geared but not in greens. I think 'we' are so cheap. Only people who (did) give me trouble in bgs were people who greatly outgear me, and thats a lot. Anyone else I have enough pvp toys to really give them a fit even with my gear level.
So the pally changes went live. Only pallies I tried out so far in bgs are my holy. Got jumped by a rogue, did the usual stuff as holy (consecrate, righteousness or Vengeance, judge when it was up, holy shock.) etc. stunned, judged. Did a lot of damage waaay more than I usually did. finally made him break off and vanish. Wish I had something on him that might have prevented 
Another quickie. Was on my 70 ret hord-adin going to SM for horseman last night and on way in get a duel challenge. Pallies pretty poorly geared. S2 Helm, shoulders and thats all the pvp gear. Look around and its a 68 rogue. O.....k. Lets try it. Hes being a smartass and keeps running in just as my consecrate is fading and sapping me. Does it three times just to irritate me I imagine. He succeeds. When I finally see him for a second I stun, judge, repentance, divinestorm and hes within execute range and he sprints and runs, instant hammer and its over. I love instant hammer.
Expect nerfs incoming. Blizz will listen to months and months of tears about other classes being OP but pallies they'll nerf in a heartbeat.
I'll just enjoy it for now. |

Give me a friggin' break. Every class has been OP at one point or another and every single god damn class has had buffs and nerfs.
Guess what? it's called balance.
Deal with it and quit crying about it.

Well first of all, rogues are outclassed vs plate wearers.
Pve gear isn't great in pvp situations without a healer.
I've played a pvp warrior for a long time and I assure you, it feels the same hitting someone wearing tier6 as it does hitting some fool in greens.
I'm sure this paladin had pvp gear on too.
So what do you expect?
Replace your DST or zerker's call with medallion of the horde. |

This is ridiculous, you are PVE specced, PVE geared, but because you have glaives you think you should be able to beat everyone??? For all we know that pally who raped you was in full S4, resillience through the roof and was always ret so knows how to play his class.
Wanna kill ret pallies, go find someone who was holy from day one, never tried ret and pick on them, most of those wouldn't know what to do with ret. |

Frankly, after what Blizzard did to the Droods right after BC (completely unjustified as well but did Blizzard listen?) was launched I think a retadin should be "to the ground, baby".
Reagardless of what anyone says or uses to justify their OP'ness, no class (not just pally) should be able to bubble (read that as immunity), have quality heals, and spit out the damage that is currently being done. The worry that everyone should have is the Beta forums are still complaining about ret's damage.I guess the retadin's missed the actually for a change good post on how a 2v2 retadin team went from 1720's to 2200 in no time. I guess they all of the sudden got uber-skilled in pally play? LEWL, as if.
Make no doubt, I know alot of people who are not happy with Dismantle. That is basically a IWIN button on melee. |

I don't believe ret pali's are fully nerfed on live yet. I don't really have a problem with them - but I'm pvping as a prot warrior You think ret pali's have a lot of stuns? I charge in - stunned - concussion blow - stunned - revenge - stunned - shockwave - stunned - and if you're unlucky enough to be a caster? spell reflect your stun back at you.
and... you shouldn't be able to win vs any class if they're in full pvp gear and you're in full pve gear IMHO. |
