Haha. EVDO will never legally carry VoIP. Try sharing a 6 mbit DSL modem (4 T1s) with a couple hundred VoIP callers. Also PCS spectrum is limited and over loaded in many areas. Cell spliting (similar to fiber node spliting) is expensive.

I was talking about WiMAX, not EVDO. BTW, Xohm users are saying VoIP works great.
