I try download manager and always goes to 17kb on my rapidshare downloads.

Try this,Help Link

Use FDM to download RapidShare files.

»www.freedownloadmanager.org/rapidshare.htm

If that does not work try to alter the number of connections that FDM uses.Under options,download options,network,select the mode at which you connect,let's say Heavy.Then limit the number of connections back to 1 and the max # of connections per one server to 1 and max # of running downloads to 1,now apply and save.See if that does not help.You can remember 12 and 4 and put it back to the original if it does not.
