Red was the title track of one of the albums from 70's KC, and one of the only tracks from that period that the current band still performs. The linked video features "Sara", a 12 year old girl that is simply amazing. Last week I came across another Youtube of her playing Zappa's "Black Page", a piece that few professional drummers would attempt to perform. |

Its amazing to me that more time has now passed since The Animals recorded the version to which we're familiar than the time that passed between the first recorded version (1933) and the Animals recording (1964).
Edit: I thought this was the first recording - its not.
