Lees Summit, MO - DSL Service UP & Down since 10/25

paulinkc : We live in Lee's Summit Missouri and have the elite package with AT&T. Since 10/25/2008 @ 16:00 our DSL Service has been up and down. When it's up the service is slower than normal - A LOT slower.

Below is my ATM0 Information:

ATU-R (DS) ATU-C (US)
Modem Status: Showtime (DMTDSL_SHOWTIME)
DSL Mode: ITU G.992.1 (G.DMT)
ITU STD NUM: 0x01 0x01
Vendor ID: 'ALCB' 'ALCB'
Vendor Specific: 0x0000 0x0000
Vendor Country: 0x00 0x0F
Capacity Used: 69% 75%
Noise Margin: 15.5 dB 15.0 dB
Output Power: 20.0 dBm 12.0 dBm
Attenuation: 29.5 dB 20.0 dB
Defect Status: None None
Last Fail Code: None
Selftest Result: 0x49
Subfunction: 0x02
Interrupts: 652 (1 spurious)
Activations: 1
SW Version: 3.8129
FW Version: 0x1A04

We called the AT&T Internet Services Support line - didn't get anywhere with them. They had use switch the Cisco 827 Router out with the original 2Wire Modem that came with our service and to much of their surprise the service was exactly the same. The blame was placed on our computer - funny thing is I have 7 computers on a local network and they all cannot connect to the internet with AT&T DSL at the moment - so it's not my machines at this time. My guess it's something with the service, line, or at the CO but I can't get anyone at the help desk to check on that - they just want to blame the modem or my computer.

Any ideas if there is a outage reported in Lee's Summit MO possibly?
