Just to clarify for some folks: The prorated etf's are supposed to start sometime between Nov. 2nd and Nov. 9th when the new release of Ensemble is launched, and it only applies to NEW contracts that start or renew on or after the scheduled launch date, so if your contract started or renewed on 11/1 or sooner, you will pay $200 ETF with NO proration.
