NO truck roll needed just call in to comcast with the serial number off the back of the box and they will activate it over the phone.

I was in Scranton, PA at my aunt's apartment and I tried to get the VOD menu up (tried both channel 1 and 199) and I got a timeout error message. I kept pressing select on the remote to say OK to exit the menu, but the error message kept jumping around. I could change back to the live channels, but no VOD channels worked. I unplugged the box (SA 4520C) thinking maybe it would fix itself by doing a hard reset. Though before I did a reset I took the coax from the wall and hooked it directly to the TV to see if the analog signal in the building was any better from a month ago. I talked my aunt into getting digital starter package, b/c there was a pitiful analog signal, there was improvement with the box, being that the Comcast system here is analog digital simulcast. When I tuned into the analog signal, it actually looked worse than it did back in September. So I went to hook up the box again and I waited for the time to show then turned it on. The guide data loaded but now there was no picture or sound. Called Comcast, but nobody was answering. Then I thought, could the signal have weakened because I may have loosened up the cable inside the wall outlet? Would the weak analog signal have anything to do with receiving no digital audio or video? My aunt is moving at the end of the week, so does anyone know if a truck roll is required to activate the box at her new apartment? The weak signal thing has really got me confused as to if I did something wrong. Any advice is appreciated.
