Re: here you go right off there websight! In my area Centurytel offers phone, unlimited local and long distance, along with 10/768 internet for 79.99 + taxes. For the first 12 months I received a $10 discount off that price for a 12 month commitment.

Can agree to that as my bundled phone and 1.5 Dsl is almost $100/Mo. There is no competition around where i live so i have to pay for others where there is competition. |

you also live in an are where they have competition. we pay $85/month total for 1.5/256 and the unlimited package you refer to. They are the only phone co here, and therefore the only ISP that offers DSL, so they have no competition and they know it, and they put it to their customers. SO, long story short, they screw people that dont have a choice, and give people with a choice a decent rate, only because they have to. |
