It will basically combine mexico, canada and the US and we will be using the "Amero", and sovereignty in the US would eventually be obsolete.

Even if the president signed this thing, (and there doesn't seem to be any proof cited by the poster to support that claim) the U.S. Senate would have to approve it, as per the U.S. Constitution:

"He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; "
Such an event would be in the Congressional Record, and would be covered by the media, unless it was in a closed session. Such sessions are rare, and are usually noted by the media.
