It was announced U-Verse would be coming to Jackson, MS about a year ago. I wish it would happen pretty soon, but I haven't even seen anything that looks like a deployment here. Comcast has a stranglehold on this market. I live in a heavily pine tree populated area with about 15-20 pines in my south line of sight... which puts satellite out of the question. I want some competition in our area.
