What does this mean from the Actiontec logs?

I'd be guessing too, but it might be related to the router desiring to update it's firmware. The 204, 200, and 401 are all HTTP status codes. 204 is returned when the server has completed the request, but there was no content to actually return. 200 is just everything's complete with content returned. And 401 indicates it tried to access a resource that was secured and it wasn't allowed. If I remember correctly, if you try to go to the URL shown on the URL firmware page, you get a 401.
I wouldn't worry about the entries if that is why you are asking.
