Hardly, even they are having a hard time getting corporate paper (debt) sold on the markets right now. They use this paper to fund capital purchases and with the banks and investment community in a credit seizure (no pun intended) it has become very difficult and expensive for large carriers to get financing on certain capital items.
Some are deferring capital outlays until the markets settle down (which in turn causes more issues). |
