Caps MUST come with a way to monitor usage.
And a 3rd party hack isn't good enough. If an ISP is imposing a cap, they should provide a way to monitor it.
You wouldn't pull up to a gas station, fill your car and then ask the price, would you?

Mullica Hill, NJ | imo caps are a far better method, preferably on the more generous end. 250gb isnt too bad honestly, and ive been known to have my piggish months with the old cable modem.
